Covid-19

Our facility safety plan to reopen during this pandemic is extensive including most notably:

-staff wearing masks and gloves as well as having wellness checks before each shift

-one-way entrance and exit into golf area as well as one way access to the upper deck

-doors entering the golf area will remain open to decrease touch to the doors

-installation of plexi glass to enclose our front counter

-continuing to disinfect all high touch areas consistently throughout the day

-implementing physical distancing measures by adding stickers and markings on the floor and walls throughout the facility

-we have 46 golf mats that are 8 feet apart from on another but to add more social distancing we will close every other mat to add 16 feet distance from one person to another

-we will allow only one golfer per mat who must be using their own golf clubs

-a maximum of 2 people will be allowed on a golf mat if they are from the same household

-no club rentals will be provided by our facility

-customers will pick up a disinfected golf basket from the front counter and be returned after each customer use for disinfection

-all golf balls used by our customers will be collected by our range picker, will be disinfected, and then returned to the golf bins for use

-there will be maximum of 2 people in each putting green area

-2 people maximum per simulator with physical distancing measures in place

-we have hand sanitizer for use by staff and patrons, and all our washrooms will be stocked with soap

-we are also trying to procure a portable washing station that we will place in the facility so that customers can wash their hands

-the 8 large garage style doors in our facility will be open (weather permitting) to allow fresh air to enter the facility and feel like you are outside

-our facility is 70, 000 square feet, with multiple fans and hvac systems that circulate large amounts of air year round

-golf tees on mats are disinfected throughout the day

-putting green cups have been blocked to prevent golf balls from entering

-no mat tag numbers will be given to customers, or keys/licenses/membership cards exchanged, instead patrons will be asked to take a photo of the tag number with cellphone

-customers that don't have a cellphone with them we will take customers name and mat number to ensure proper mat is assigned

We are working hard and following the recommendations from our public health units and the province to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable golfing experience.
